We want you to be completely satisfied with your oeHealth purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below to understand the terms that apply to product licenses and services.
Product Refund Policy
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within a 7-day period after the date of purchase of any oeHealth products or services listed on the website.
To request a refund, customers must submit a claim with a clear explanation of the reason along with their order details. All refund requests are reviewed and verified by Braincrew Apps before approval.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund on digital products:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund along with your order details
- Customers are expected to review system requirements and compatibility information before purchasing
- You may contact our support team with questions at no charge before making a purchase
Digital Product Requirements
Upon approval of a refund for digital products (software modules, licenses), you must:
- Destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any location
- Uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you
- Confirm compliance with these requirements in writing
Once the refund is authorized and processed, your access to the software and associated services will terminate immediately.
Non-Refundable Services
No refunds are issued for provided services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Product customization and development work
- Training sessions and workshops
- Technical support and maintenance services
- Software development and consulting
- Website hosting fees and domain registration costs
- Any costs incurred by Braincrew Apps on behalf of the client
License-Specific Terms
- One-Time License:
Refund requests for perpetual licenses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After approval, all software access is revoked permanently
- Annual License:
Refund requests for annual subscriptions follow the same 7-day window. No prorated refunds are issued for partial-year usage after the 7-day period
- Package Purchases:
Refunds for bundled packages (Clinic, Clinic Pro, Hospital) apply to the entire package — partial package refunds are not available
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before delivery or activation of the software license
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period after the 7-day refund window
- Service engagements (customization, development, training) cannot be cancelled once work has commenced
- Hosting services will be cancelled if fees are not paid before the renewal date, and associated data may be removed
Policy Changes
Braincrew Apps reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to oehealth.in.
