• All work performed by BCA remains its copyright unless commercially reproduced with prior written permission

Client Responsibilities

• BCA is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from materials submitted by clients
• Additional work beyond the original project brief may incur additional charges
• Clients bear ultimate responsibility for software testing before deployment in production environments
• Clients must provide suitable testing environments matching production configurations for large applications
• Clients must thoroughly test applications before launch. BCA will attempt (but is not obliged) to correct post-launch issues

Hosting & Services

While BCA offers hosting of websites, there is no guarantee as to the availability or uninterrupted operation of this service. BCA may refuse to host materials that are offensive, illegal, or controversial in nature.

• Hosting and domain fees must be paid before expiration or services will be cancelled
• BCA is not liable for expenses related to site unavailability, server issues, or third-party service disruptions

Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BCA disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

• BCA makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted functionality, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses
• BCA is not liable for costs, compensation, or lost earnings resulting from client work
• Care has been taken to ensure products are free from bugs and accurate, but no guarantee is provided

Payment Terms

• New clients may be required to pay deposits before work commences
• Website hosting fees and any costs incurred by BCA on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable
• Outstanding invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue
• Unpaid hosting fees may result in service cancellation and data removal

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
