What is the difference between One-Time and Annual licenses?
A One-Time license is a single purchase that gives you perpetual access to the module version you buy. An Annual license is a yearly subscription that includes continuous updates, new features, and priority support for as long as your subscription is active.
Can I upgrade from Clinic to Clinic Pro or Hospital later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Your existing data and configurations are fully preserved during the upgrade. Contact our sales team and they will arrange a smooth transition.
Is oeHealth compatible with Odoo Community or only Enterprise?
oeHealth works with both Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise editions. Some features like Pharmacy POS require Odoo Enterprise POS module. Our team can advise which edition best suits your needs.
How many users can use oeHealth? Are there per-user fees?
There are no per-user fees for oeHealth modules. The license covers unlimited users within your instance. Your only user-based costs are the platform's hosting or licensing fees, which are separate from oeHealth pricing.
Do you provide installation and setup support?
Yes. We offer professional onboarding services including installation, initial configuration, data migration, and staff training. For Clinic Pro and Hospital packages, guided onboarding is included. You can also purchase standalone onboarding packages from our Services section above.
Can I buy individual modules instead of a package?
Yes. Use the "Build Your Own" option to select only the modules you need. The core module is required and included in every configuration. Packages offer significant savings compared to buying modules individually.
Is my patient data secure? What about HIPAA / GDPR compliance?
oeHealth follows healthcare data security best practices with role-based access control, audit trails, and encrypted data storage. Since oeHealth runs on your own server, you have full control over where data is stored. Compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, or local regulations depends on your hosting and operational setup — our team can advise on configuration.
What kind of support is included with my purchase?
All purchases include 90 days of email support for installation and configuration issues. Annual subscribers receive priority support with faster response times throughout their subscription. Extended support and SLA packages are available for Hospital-tier customers.
Can oeHealth integrate with third-party lab or imaging systems?
Yes. The Laboratory (LIS) and Imaging modules support integration with external lab instruments and PACS systems. The DICOM Viewer module provides Cornerstone.js-based medical image viewing directly within the platform. The Hospital package also includes REST API access for custom integrations.
Do you offer a demo or trial before purchasing?
We offer a free personalized demo where our team walks you through the modules relevant to your practice. You can see the system in action with sample data before making a purchase decision.
